Start discovering what's worth seeing right now

The Musee is a curated navigation platform for museums, galleries, and cultural spaces worldwide. We show you what’s worth seeing, who runs it, and why it matters.

Where We're Going

Now, The Musee covers New York, Seoul, Montreal, and Taipei. Next, we’re growing to 50+ cities with richer routes, neighborhood views, and community‑curated guides. We’re building an independent, transparent layer on top of museums and cultural spaces so anyone can understand how culture is made, funded, and accessed.

Who We Are

The Musee started in 2026 with one simple question visitors kept asking in galleries and museums: “What should I actually see, and why?”

After years working inside museums and galleries—hosting tours, explaining exhibitions, and seeing how decisions are made behind the scenes—it became clear that people want more than pretty spaces. They want context, honesty, and a way to navigate culture without insider knowledge.

Today, The Musee is a growing collective of contributors, gallery owners, and local explorers who believe cultural spaces should be discoverable, legible, and welcoming.

What Makes Us Different

We show context, not just addresses: ownership, funding, and curatorial focus where possible. We list a wide range of spaces: major museums, small galleries, artist‑run rooms, and cultural landmarks. We’re built with the people who use these spaces—locals, workers, travelers, and culture workers. We’re global from day one, starting with a few cities and expanding as contributors join.

How You Can Contribute

  • Submit a space.

Tell us about galleries, museums, artist-run spaces, or cultural landmarks in your city that should be on The Musee.

  • Become a contributor.

Curate a set of spaces in your city with descriptions, context, and transparency so others can navigate it with confidence.

  • Create a listing.

If you run a gallery or museum, you can create or claim listing that highlights your ownership, curatorial focus, and current or upcoming exhibitions.
