These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of The Musee website at themusee.space (the "Site"). By accessing or using our Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our site.

• We may remove any content that violates these Terms or is inappropriate
4. E-Commerce and Transactions (Future Feature)
When we launch ticket sales and artist marketplaces:
4.1 Tickets
• Ticket purchases are final and non-refundable unless the event is canceled
• We act as a facilitator between you and the venue/organizer
• Check the specific refund and exchange policies for each event
4.2 Artist Marketplace
• The Musee collects a commission (percentage TBD) on sales made through our platform
• Artists are responsible for fulfilling orders, shipping, and customer service
• Payment processing is handled by secure third-party processors
• Disputes should be resolved between buyers and sellers; we'll assist when possible
5. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
5.1 "As Is" Service
The Musee is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties about:
• The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of exhibition information
• The Site being error-free, secure, or uninterrupted
• The results you may obtain from using our service
Exhibition dates, times, and details can change—always verify with the venue before visiting.
5.2 Third-Party Information

2. Arbitration: If we can't resolve it, disputes will be settled through binding arbitration in New York, NY, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association
3. Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes individually, not as part of a class action

Either party may seek injunctive relief in court to protect intellectual property rights.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as our service evolves. When we make changes:

• For significant changes, we'll notify you via email (if subscribed) or a notice on the Site
